Campaign for emerging fashion label Dickens & Browne.

Shot at White Rose Polo Club… Not my usual style, shooting with the boys… somewhat out of my comfort zone with no floaty dresses or water to hide behind (or in) but I loved the challenge. Luckily I have worked with horses a lot in the past… there is just something about their spirits, they bring a certain calming energy to a set, and it wasn’t all dry there was a little bit of water involved in the form of rain thanks to the good ol’ Yorkshire weather.

Keep an eye open for Dickens & Browne though they are doing some great things.

So unbelievably privileged to work with this amazing lady Lucy Wilson and her Bloody Mary Luna Tribe Collection.

Her jewels are just exquisite in every way. We had a very experienced and fabulous team because I really wanted to make sure this one went without a glitch.

Zara the underwater beauty was back as was our underwater chemistry, I love working with her and watching her move effortlessly in the water she is just such a pleasure to shoot. Along with Makeup and Hair Amy Benson, who can just do anything and at the speed of light which is always good to ensure maximum shoot time.

I think we nailed it team! … and watch this space for a very spanish but wintery campaign coming very soon.

Recently I did an interview for State of the Arts magazine! I talk about how I started as an underwater photographer and what inspires me… feel free to have a read!

Although underwater has taken a forefront in recent years… I still love the on land stuff too! I am so inspired to shoot in different locations that you just can’t get underwater… turning quite an ordinary scene into the backdrop for a fashion or beauty story really gets my imagination going. I am constantly looking out for locations that could set a scene for an editorial… maybe you can do the same next time you are out and about?

Latest Campaign was for the uber fun maternity brand Bibee Dresses.

Nicola the brains behind the brand had a really different idea of how she wanted pregnant women to be portrayed… out with the notions of NOT being able to do things and NOT going out and having fun and IN with girl power and crazy mad silliness… whilst making a fashion statement and keeping the heals firmly on their feet..

One of the ‘on land’ shots for Tatty Devine s/s 14 campaign I did last year! This collection is beautiful and I can’t wait to share the full set with you…

“our model was equipped with a very special Perspex astronaut helmet. It was made especially for us and we think you’ll agree, it adds the perfect retro touch to the shoot.”
